Ok well I had a WTB ad up in the classified section for Lower Control Arms looking to spend around 80-100 bucks. This guy pms me and we make a deal on Friday. I paid him around 3pm and asked him when he would ship the arms. He assures me he will head to the UPS store the next morning and ship it knowing full well (however unbeknownst to me) that the UPS store is closed Saturdays where he is. So there is the first false promise. As a seller you have a duty to keep the buyer in the loop and keep some communication as to what the status of the package is. So after sending this guy 140 dollars on paypal he ceases communication with me until this morning (Tuesday). Yeah so that is four full days with not even a peep as to what the status of my package is. So I did whatever any sane person would do who just potentially lost 140 dollars (40 more dollars than I was looking to spend in the first place), filed a claim with Paypal. Now I don't care if you have 1000 trader rating or -1000 trader rating because according to this system he has flawless remarks (until now) and yet was the most unprofessional, rude and dishonest person I have ever dealt with. Just put yourself in my shoes for a second and ask yourself if you have any patience for someone who has not tried to communicate with you whatsoever after paying them in full for an item that you have never even seen or can confirm he physically has. I warn anyone that will be doing business with this guy in the future to think twice before clicking that send money button.

After receiving this idiots payment on Fri I clearly told him that "I Should be able to ship them out tomorrow." No false promise, as he states, was made. I had told him prior to receiving his payment that I don't get on this site much so not hearing back from me quickly wasn't uncommon. Not once did he try contacting me through my email address, just 3 PM's here, then filed a claim on Monday. Only 2 days after I told him I would try to send it.

Nobody twisted your arm to buy them a**. If I'd realized what you'd done before I shipped them I'd just refunded your money and let you pay the full price from Summit like you said you were going to do.

There's a difference between getting back quickly and not getting back at all. You failed to respond to me for 3 full days which was totally unprofessional. Put yourself in my shoes and ask yourself if you would want to be treated that way.
