even thow i dont have turbo or nitrous,supercharge will they still work ??

Yes , these plugs are not for boosted applications .

The Tr5IX are basically an iridium factory replacement , the reg TR55s like Justin recommended are a great performance plug , they are just copper though and don't last as long as the iridiums , and they are less expensive.

You don't want to run iridium plugs in boosted applications. Always run regular copper plugs that are usually 1 step colder up to about 10-12#s of boost , then roughly 2 steps colder for higher boost.
