Default werid internal noise

I got a 1999 Silverado 1500 4.8L and there's a internal noise that sounds like its a lifter ticking or not pumping up. could someone point to a video or tell me whats wrong? it sounds like a deep pitched squeaked but goes away at idle when it warms up and comes back when revved up.

Yeah post a video...

the squeaking/squealing part could be a belt, pulley or even the IAC sensor whistling at you.

When I had my original 4.8l in my 04 Sierra, it had relentless piston slap. Pretty common in the 4.8 but a lifter or slap wouldn't produce a squeaking sound. Need a video with decent audio.
