Do lots of reading and you'll figure it out.

You have like 500 options and it all come down to your wallet size and actual goals.

I could tell you do buy a turbo kit, supercharger kit or a camshaft upgrade but those are just parts and you still didn't say what your goals are.

If you really want to go fast you better budget at least $10,000 for a turbo/supercharger, built transmission and rear end.

^^^ this right here! The trucks have a strong aftermarket support group out there, but as mentioned you need to read and research what “power” you are looking for. Keep in mind that “cheap ain’t badass,badass ain’t cheap” buy good quality parts if you want quality results with great reliability

Sell the truck and buy a '18 ZO6 Vette, problem solved.

Until you want to go faster in the Vette, then the speed demon rears it's ugly head again and your right back where you started on a different forum asking the same questions.

Take my advice and sell the truck, buy a bus ticket and save 10's of thousands of dollars trying to feed the destructive animal that is SPEED. It is a relentless bastard that has no end and will leave you homeless, no girlfriend, living in your car down by the river.

But you will have a very fast ride so that does make up for some of the pain and suffering you will surely encounter. Delete your account on here, never come back, forget speed, it is not your friend!!

Best post I ever read on speed forums was this one;

"Nitrous is like a hot chic with STD's, ya know you want to hit it but your worried about the consequences"

That's scripture right there!

Chad

I have to disagree on this one.... Build the truck and show a few cars on the streets that trucks can be fast too.... It all depends on how fast you want to go and how much you have to spend. My truck will tow my 21 foot Bayliner Saturday afternoon and smoke most cars the same night! Be different.. Last weekend I had 1600 lbs in the bed! It's all about what you need and can afford.

The first time I drove a bone stock c5 vette the realization came in quick... yah either build a truck to hurt feelings on occasion or you buy a car.
