What do u guys think is the best head/cam combo for the stock 5.3liter motor.

well let me tell you all that i've had the 228/228 .588 .588 112lsa with 4.10's and my 05 5.3 LOVES it...i feel its just the right size, granted ive never had any other cam, imo... so i would highly recommend it...

well let me tell you all that i've had the 228/228 .588 .588 112lsa with 4.10's and my 05 5.3 LOVES it...i feel its just the right size, granted ive never had any other cam, imo... so i would highly recommend it...

It idles good at 650.
