Default TR220 Powerband Range

I have been looking lately at the Tr220 cam, the specs are 220/220 551/551 114lsa. I currently have a 03 z06 cam. This cam really doesnt start to wake up until about 2500-2700 rpms. Does anyone with the TR220 know when the power really starts to come on. I do have a stall and it does flash up that high when it kicks down. Does the 220 come on strong anywhere under two grand. I have seen dyno graphs but they dont seem to make the real meat of the power until 3+ thousands rpms. thanks

The TR220 should be better down low than your Z06 cam, which was designed for a 3100lb vette. Actually, the TR220 will be a much better cam everywhere. Below 2000, I don't know about that though.

in my motor i feel like the power comes on at about 2k i guess, in od with the tc locked you can give it a little gas and gain speed pretty good without having to downshift or unlock the tc. Thats the only way for me to tell, my converter flashes to 2700 with my setup and its definitely there by then.
