FYI all factory replacement lifters are the "LS7" lifters now. All the new motors I believe 07 and on that arent running the DOD, AFM, VVT crap are runing the LS7 lifters. They do just fine and there is no reason(IMO) to pay 200 for the comp replacements when the LS7s run 140 and do great even in fairly high revving, heavy valve'd, and stiff sprung combos. Texas Speed has them for 130ish I believe, put them on your shopping list unless youve got a set of the enclosed roller lifters that you know are in good shape.

I would go ahead and buy ARP head bolts if you are not going high boost or anything. I did some shopping the other day and I found ARP head bolts for around 99. I believe stock TTY bolts are 60 and you can only use them once, Arps can be used over and over. Just get the correct part # and google it and shop around. Don't forget different year blocks have different head bolts so buy the right ones the first time. I always see guys selling them because they bought the wrong length!
