i beleive the pushrods you need are stock length.. get them from thunderracing.com

7.400 is the stock length i beleive.. i have a similar cam and thats what was recommened for me. As far as gaskets go... you might be okay, but if you want, replace the head gaskets, timing cover gaskets, i beleive thunder racing also has a gasket install kit. check them out.

Why would he replace the head gaskets??

I think stock pushrods are 7.375. I believe you need 7.400 (if I remember what I have. Call Futral Motor Sports, or Thunder Racing or Comp, or anywhere and they should be able to tell you. Also, Ive done a few cam swaps In these trucks, and never replaced a single gasket, just be careful when you tear it down. These gaskets are designed to be re-used to cut down on shop labor or some B.S. like that

Stocks are close to 7.35

It depends on that cam really. If the base circle is the same as the stock cam, you will be in good chape, but if it's smaller, you need a longer pushrod.

If it's the same and you go with 7.4's, it will run bad. It will have lack on the bottom cause the valves are hanging open all the time.

well I pulled my stockers out and put them up against the 7.35 rods and the 7.35 are shorter than the stock ones. So I would say the stock ones are 7.400.
