squeaking from valve cover

at work listen co worker 2007 silverado 5.3 (243 heads) squeaking noise from valve covers .yall think a rocker or two can be trying to seize sounds like squeaky bed on right side

I'd pull the valve cover immediately and make sure all the rockers are ok. My guess is one is coming apart.

What valve springs and cam?

change all rockers .noise stop up briefly .now tap in lower left think oil pump took a dump 107000 miles oil pressure 25 idling
