Yeah it was way too rich with the new injectors so I didn't want to drive it much and I wasn't and haven't yet been real hard on it. Just a few wot passes while tuning. I took off the pump tonight. O ring is in good shape and I decided to shim the pump spring. Ill get it back together Sunday and see what happens

Well one thing it could be is if your engine builder forgot to put the barbell in the back of the motor where the rear main seal is. I had this happen and talk about being pissed!

Hah! I can't remember how many times I double checked that little bastard. Dumb mistake to make, and lot of work involved to fix it.

Oh trust me I know! My engine builder said he replaced all the gaskets and I didn't even think to check that one since I got all the old parts he took out and that barebell was missing from all the parts so I assumed he put it back in... Very dumb as it cost me 4 hours on my back for a $4 part.:jerkit:

I bet the o-ring wasnt seated propperly, may not have been pinched but just not seated.
