What type of springs are these, they are from my 08 rcsb 4.8 with 799 casting on heads.

i think they are good to 520 lift not 560 like the ls6 blues.

They are the same as other ls6 springs good to 550ish with some claiming as high as 590. Standard in gen IV motors with cathedral heads and ls7 style lifters are standard now as well.

I was thinking on doing an LS9 cam wich has a max lift of .558/.552 I believe LS6 springs are good for 570 lift??

my chevy parts guy said they are only rated to 520 in his spec book not the same as blue or yellow ls6 springs. i ordered ls6 blues from sdp for my cam swap to be safe.

Yeah I just wanted to be safe I do have a set of blue springs. But somewhere I read that all newer 799 and 243 carry the .570 lift valve springs?
