ls3 heads or prc 2.5 heads for 410 ci
 

guys i need ur help with my silverado 1500 with auto 6 speed with 3700 stall torque converter

now im having 410 ci with prc 2.5 ls6 heads

i know i have small heads for this setup :cry: so i wanted to order ls3 ported heads with stock l76 intake and stock tb

how about i buy a fast 102 intake and a 102 tb instead of the ls3 heads ?

i cant afford heads and intake its out of my budget for now so which got the better hp to go with?

Ported ls3 with a stock ls3 intake would do you fine and going to pick up alot of power the fast intake isn't worth the money for the hp gain 1000 dollars for 5hp Not worth it.

LS3 heads any day.

My 404 has ported LS6 heads..prc 2.5 spec

The LSXr/T will gain you about 20rwhp..but the money is better spent on something else..

But its different for Cathedral port head fast intake work good for them not to so good for square port head

gnd111 how much hp ur motor has? and the fast 102 lxr has a bad reputation

What pistons do you have?

i would do an LS3 intake and tb, u don't really need an after market one unless ur going big turbo + lots of boost then u would have to get the holley intake :D

I have stock LS3 heads and intake with 10k miles on them if you are interested. I would go with that set up any day. You have to do some work to the truck accessory brackets to make the intake work but it looks and runs better than the truck intake.

LS3 intake and throttle body is more than good bud. Get them ported while you are at it.
