i havea 383 blazer and its running real slow i just got the truck about 2 months ago and when u take it down the road and floor it it acts like its in a higher grear but ive elemenated the transmition being a problem. also when its in part it has bad throttle response and it doesnt want to idle idk if its somthing with the timing ot the gas. if you have any suggestions feel please reply

Defiantly sounds like a bad flux capacitor!

Kinda vague with the info...maybe provide some more specifics. Check your basics first: Fuel, Spark, Compression...make sure there aren't any misfires, vacuum leaks, make sure base timing is where it belongs. See if you can get a scan tool or tuning software on there and check the data stream, see what the af looks like and check fuel trims to see if the PCM is adding or taking fuel away.

You say it feels like it's in a higher gear, is it? Does it downshift when you punch it while rolling? Does it break up? Is the tune up up to date? Do you have cats on the vehicle? Could they be clogged? Maybe post a vid or something...we need more to go by...
