Default Cam motion "lil chopper" cam

What do you guys think of this cam in a gen 4 6.2?
It must be relatively new because i cant find any info on people running it or it must not be that practical.

The Little Chopper cam is a versatile camshaft with a "choppy" or "lopey" idle that was created for applications ranging from hotrods and streetrods to heavy vehicles and pickup trucks that want a torquey hot rod style camshaft. In a hotrod or streetrod, the Little Chopper will have the lopey idle of the old 3/4 cams while still having a reasonable RPM range for street fun. In a heavy street car or pickup truck the Little Chopper will produce the torque needed to get that weight moving while still having that big cam sound that many enthusiast desire. The little chopper will work great with both cathedral port (LS1) and rectangle port (LS3/L99/L92) cylinder heads. It can be used with all intake manifold styles from the stock plastic intakes to carbureted single and dual plane intake manifolds. This camshaft will work in a stock engine, but will realize substantial performance increases when used with headers, high flow exhaust and high flow intake systems and increased rear axle ratios. Increased stall speed torque converter required.

The Little Chopper cam is designed with our renowned smooth cam lobe design that provides quiet valve train operation and excellent upper rpm stability. Cam Motion offers this cam in 5150, 8660 and our top of the line 8620 camshaft cores. You can read more about our cam cores here > Cam Motion's cam cores

Recommended Accessories:
•Cam Motion .600" Behive Valve Springs or .650" Lift Dual Valve Spring Kit
•Cam Motion 5/16" .080" Wall Hardened Chromoly Pushrods

Going to chop no doubt.

It'll light off fairly good in a 6.2 with that lsa.

Are you running a converter? If not I think it would be a dog down low/from a dig.

with the stock converter, yeah. Especially if your truck has VVT, going from the stock VVT cam to the “lil chopper” cam, I think you’ll be able to tell a pretty noticeable difference on takeoff. If your planning on a converter I wouldn’t worry about it though!

I too found this cam the other day and was wondering about it. Looks like a fun cam for a street truck. As long as you have a good tuner, it should sound pretty wicked and run great with a 3k-3600k stall. In the research I've been doing, it looks like a lot of tuners dont like to tune anything less than a 110 lsa. Texas Speed told me that these LS motor dont need that tight of an LSA like the old small blocks. I say go with it and post videos!

Did any of you actually use the "Lil Chopper" cam?
If so, what were the results? Like or dislike?

Bummer. I was hoping someone had actually used it and had some real world insight about it.
