TSP torquer V2 is a 232 236 IIRC. Would work good for that setup. Could go a little higher, but i'm not a huge fan of big cams.

I wouldnt do that big of a cam with a tt3000. Just me.

try the 228r with 3600 stall :p

The tt3000 is a tight converter and you got a fairly heavy truck, but the 799 heads will bring up cr so that will help you get away with a little more cam, I agree on the 228r cam for your setup, it should work good with you stall still I think, but also gives you room to improve to a higher stall later once you want some good 60 foots.

if your planning on staying with your current converter i wouldn't go any bigger than a 228. i think a 224 would work nicely with your setup

you ahve to remember that your truck is heavy, bigger isn't always better..

+1 my sentiments exactly. If you have a totally free flowing exhaust you can get away with a single pattern like the TSP 224r, but even with headers and a straight through muffler, if you're keeping the cats, I'd recommend a little more exhaust duration, like the TSP 224/228 on a 114 (longer flatter torque curve than a 112 which your heavy CC will appreciate), or Comp XER 224/230 .581/.588 114

as far as exhaust goes, it's headers going into a cat less y merging into a single 3 inch. I,m considering a 34-3600 stall, but i tow my bike, lawn mower and a car from time to time. don't want to loose the ability to do that.

i been eyeing this cam myself for a future ls1 or 6.0 build. I look the lift and duration to go with some worked heads. Does anybody know if that 111 lsa will be peaky. As said above id look for a flat torque curve in a heavy cc. I know power will come in early i just wonder how long it will be there for.
