Which cam for 6.0

Im currently running a 224/224 .581/.581 112 but considering larger cams being I upgraded to a circle d 4000 and 4.10 gears and bought some heads. I've been speced a 232/238 620/612 112+3 and a 230/236 612/607 111+2. But not sure of to keep my cam or one of these. These were speced by some very reputable people but im not mentioning. Names. What do you think?

Go big that way you won't regret it and wish that you would've went bigger imo

Both those cams look good and aren't much different in size. Either one would be good, but I personally would go with the bigger one.

something a tad larger since your a rcsb with a 4k stall , but out of those 2 id go with thw 232/238

These numbers sound pretty close but like said you could go a little more i think, A hi 230s low 240s can would get you the best performance, something around the ms3 range. but the spec'd cams you were givin will drive and like stock and get great mpg.
