Biggest LSx cams on the planet?

Guys, what's the biggest, most ridiculous cam you've seen for these engines? Who's running a massive cam and how does it work for you? I know some of the Camaro and Vette guys have some big, big lift and duration (along with manual trans or crazy stall converters), but what about us truck guys? Maybe discuss your engine size and supporting mods, too.

Does anyone have an MS4 in their truck? I know its not the biggest but they sound freaking nasty.

There was a dude selling a truck awhile back that had an MS3 and some milled 243s in a 5.3 IIRC.

Are you talking roller or solid lifter cams? Biggest roller cam I've heard of was in the 240s

jon (DBRODS) always has a big cam in his engines

Assuming we're talking production cams here (no custom grinds), probably either the

Thunder Racing
"sTRoker" - 248/254 - .615/.623 - 110 lsa

or

TSP Texas Giant Camshaft
248/254, .615"/.622"

Also, there are other cams with more lift, but these seem to be the largest durations.

I know it's a custom grind solid roller, but Judson at School of Automotive Machinists makes over 1000hp N/A with this monster cam in his 433 (specs from samracing.com):

Comp Cams 60mm Solid Roller, 278/302@.050 - .985/.920 - 115lsa

Krambo is running a pretty damn big cam in his 408

That's a decent size cam, but it's hard to compare solid roller cam specs to hydraulic roller specs

The OP just said crazy cams for these engines and it's an LSX block, but very true, comparing apples to oranges. To me though, that's a big cam.
