Default Available cams 2009 6.2L sierra

I want to know what cam is available for my truck? I want a good lope and great performance. I don't tow anything or play in the mud. It is lifted 3 inches and has 33" tires on 18" wheels. I have 3.42 gears....only ones avail. last year with the 6.2L....anyway if I changed the converter I know it would help realize the full potential of the cam, but I don't want to hurt the truck in anyway. So....what would some of you other guys do....I usually lean more to the aggressive side of conservative.

^^ I agree, and get some 4.30 or 4.56 gears and a 3000+ stall if you can.. It will run ALOT better with just gears and stall alone. A stall wont hurt your truck..

these L92 motors can handle a lot healthier cam than what most of us LS guys are used to... your best bet is going to be getting a custom spec'd set-up... cam/push rods/lifters/springs/converter and gears...

of topic... what lift are your running on your truck.. im running a 3" spacer in front/2" rear blocks/33" tires on my dads NNBS, and your looks a hell of alot higher????

I think it's a rough country.....ended up being 3.5" total. Maybe looks taller just b/c of it being black and the way the picture is taken. Thanks guys for the suggestions.
