5.3 Won't turn when main caps are torqued

You swapped main caps? Big no no! Main caps are aligned honed to the block. Even swapping two will cause issues

Your middle 3 main caps are back wards, flip them around. You also cannot change main caps.

Ok Thanks guys I will put the 2000 main caps back in and Make sure they're facing the correct way

^^^this. The stamped number 1-4 will be on one rail, and the 5 will be on the other.
