Default Weld S77's

Is anyone running them on their 14+ truck? I am with McGaughy's knuckles and the wheels hit where the tie rod ends mount and the stud on the lower ball joint. I knew I would need to trim the ball joint. This sucks. $3200 for wheels and tires that don't fit. 17/7 front rears fit fine 17/10..

Thanks for any help.

Thanks man. Cant get picks to load for some reason. So the cure is back to stock spindle and JDM upper and lower control arms. McGaughy's was like whatever your problem. No mention of it on the kit or the web site.

I'd love to see it as well, sucks they don't clear, would a thin spacer get you there? I hate to recommend spacers but a if a thin one works should do just fine. Or thin spacer and some trimming of the spindle?

McGaughy's has no reason to know or care though, they made those to clear OEM wheels. It's always on you to check fitment when going with aftermarket wheels, they can't guess what every single person is going to try to stick on the truck and make a one size fits all.

I understand on the stock wheel thing. It would take about 1 1/2 spacer I think. I ordered the DJM arms yesterday. Is just very frustrating. First world problems.

yea no worries I didn't think so. A-arms are on and it aligned well. Looks good. Hooks much better with 20 psi in the rears. front sits a little too low in the front and oddly enough it sits lower on the Left (drivers) side. It was the same before as well. I had an extra spacer on that same side to raise it a 1/2. I thought they sat high on the drivers side......... So now is it Vikings for the front of a spacer, probably a spacer for under the top of the strut like the 4wd guys if I can find one.

I had the same problem with my Racestars and McGaughys spindles. I had to put the thin spacer they sell at most auto stores to make it all clear. I think it was like 1/4". I also cut off the extra part of the tie rod end bolt that hangs down, the part thats not threaded.
