2016 F250 (I know I know... I can't believe I own a Ford either... it's only because of the deal, not the truck)

I have my Laser still, and have been working on my LTV for about a year now bringing it back to life. I REALLY want an STV but can't bring myself to spend the money that it would take to have one and do it they way Dad and Roark intended when they designed them.

No way I could do it. Just don't care about money that much lol. I'm sure the new truck is very nice so long as you're happy is what matters!

it is a diesel, I sell trucks for a living and I'll be the first to tell you Ford makes a MUCH better heavy duty truck than Chevrolet. I bleed Chevrolet, but my daily driver truck is just a truck. I got sick of my little RCSB gasser after a while. This new truck is a beast, rides great, power is insane. I plan to dpf and egr delete it for sure Craven!

Where about in Georgia are you by the way? I have some customers out there in GA

My issue with this last Chevy I had is that I babied it 99% of the time, and when I did hammer on it, I didn't do it for long or all that hard really. I took exceptional care of it, and it still went to **** really quick. The rear diff had issues, the transmission is SHOT! It never handled worth a damn even with good shocks and sway bars on it. The power was SICK for a RCSB and it looked damn good lowered with the wheel/tire combo I had on it, I won't deny that. I feel like that truck was the worst built Chevrolet I have had to date, it was certainly the fastest truck I've had from them right out of the box, and got INCREDIBLE mileage. But it really did leave a lot to be desired.

Diesel...sweet. That's a nice truck. I understand that trans can take a lot without issues so you can make it run pretty hard with not much. Cant believe the 6l took a crap though. Mine is totally fine with the blower. Sometimes its just time to move on.

me either, the weird thing is that it was fine 80% of the time, but it would slip like a bitch and stay in 2nd or 3rd gear the other 20% of the time. Luckily the day I traded her in was in the 80% and she cooperated! They've got it put basically back to stock sitting on the lot at Autonation Burleson for $21,300
