Yes on the 5.3 it is. On the 6.2 it's 3.5"

I wrote that in a post above too if you want to glance over that post. Post #18 in this thread

Have a link to the adapter? I can't see how you could do anything without cutting the pipe and putting a transition in there.

alright.. picked up a factory 6.2 exhaust today. bug hit me good because i’m ordering speed engineering long tubes and y pipe tomorrow.. going full exhaust, with a Borla XR1 3.5”, mostly because they don’t make a Pro XS in 3.5”. going with a sportmans I think. but the bigger size of XR1 regardless then the resonator to keep it quiet.

i totally forgot the 6.2 exhaust has a ball joint connection and i was looking at simple 3” to 3.5” connectors

Exact setup I'm doing but I'm adding a high flow cat to help with emissions since they test here. Going to have to get creative with the rear O2's but I'll figure it out.

I’m here in OKC so no worries.. maybe weld in the factories and run sensors? i doubt the “high flows” flow any better unless i’m mistaken.. bastards are expensive too

My magnaflow hfc was like $50. I'm probably going to weld in two bungs behind it and tie the rear O2's in there. That way they can still be active when they do the OBD2 test.

I'm in Texas too and I've passed emissions without cats on cars for about 20 years. Super easy with GM cars, just get the tuner to tune out the rear 02's and codes and the inspection machine doesn't know the difference. Just passed a couple of months ago with my 14 truck.

I do NOT have cats OR rear 02 sensors. My rear 02 sensors are on the shelf and the wiring harnesses are just there (on the truck) with nothing plugged in. Same with my Camaro.
