Here is the porting. Only minor cleaning of the weld joints on the outlets. The inlet got some extra work.

Got my custom 4" U Build It intake tube from Airaid installed today. 4", 90 degree bend with 12" straight section plus a 4" x 3.875" silicone reducer for the throttle body which is a perfect fit. Cost $85.00 I already had the 4" orange expansion section that I got from Cardinal Rubber in Rock Hill, SC. $30.00. That makes a nice and affordable intake tube.
Now I see what you mean about the intake tube hitting the belt with the downward angled C7 intake. The C7 routes the belt lower under the throttle body. Now I need a 4" x 3.875" 45 degree elbow. Not likely to find one of those. Let me know what you come up with. For now, that's a show stopper. Attachment 100169 Attachment 100170 |

Ha, 4" x 3.75" 45 degree silicone elbow! I think this just might work. I got one extra if you need it. |
Got mine on last night. You need to 're route the belt. Trying to get pics attached from my phone but can't find the button.

Eager to see the results and add to my "to-do" list. |
Nice job! I'm betting the C7 intake will give you a nice bump in hp on the top end. Good luck on the dyno.
