Mine shakes as well, lowered 2/3, big tires, 305-50-20.
Haven't really looked into it though.

There are 600 pages on the issue at GM-TRUCKS.COM

They are still talking about the same stuff on the last page as the first page, so I don't thing there is a definitive resolution.

One thing mentioned about the inconsistency is changes in weight of the truck, for load, fuel, passengers etc.
Will change suspension sag and pinion angle.

I am going to get a road force balance when I have time.

Loaded, unloaded, full of fuel, empty fuel tank, road force balance none of which makes any difference.

I pose this question. Are there any of these shaking trucks V6 with the tried and true 8.6 rear axle assembly? I'm asking this because I think it's axle related like maybe the new diff or the bolt pattern is being drilled off a little, they are build in MEXICO you know!

I have thought about the rotors, I will see if I can borrow a wheel balancer to check them.

check the fronts as well .. someone over gm-trucks says drivers side hub assembly(wheel bearing) fixed it for him , could it be a lot of parts contributing in vibrations ?

i will tag you there if i can .

Mine only vibrates when the rear suspension squats with either tongue weight or weight in the bed....... so it's essentially useless as pickup truck! And it's bad.... like it feels like the rear diff will fall out. If pinion angles are that bad from GM what did they do.... weld the perches on the rear end on the wrong spots. This is essentially a GMT900 underneath in many ways and those trucks don't do this **** lol.

And mine squats incredibly with very little weight applied. My buddies 2014 5.3 truck sits up higher no problem with the same weight that drags mine on the ground. Neither of our trucks are max tow equipped or Z71's so we both have the same rear springs and shocks plus are the same cab and bed configuration ..... I need airbags obviously. I am pretty sure I am going to sell this bucket and buy another really low mileage GMT800 1500HD or heavier to replace it....
