1inch lift/lowering block with flip kit
Hey guys,
I have a 2014 Silverado RCSB 2wd with what I think is a McGaughy flip kit. I have adjusted the shackle hangars as much as possible and installed 1inch lowering shackles, but would still like to lower the rear end another inch.
Has anyone used a block in conjunction with a flip kit to lower the rear of these trucks? If so, what brand or block kit did you use? Thanks a ton!

I don't see why not. I did not want dead level in mine so I used a 1/2 spacer i had made just to have a tiny bit of rake. Really i think mine is about 5.5 in the rear. at the time i just didn't want to go 3/6, but i'm practically there at this point.

Truck came with the 'lift brackets' and not the stock shackle/hanger/lift brackets.
So, I'm not really sure how much its lowered in the rear...

Your truck really doesn't look low enough to have a flip kit on it, especially plus another inch. Most people have to remember a c notch with just flip kit. Leafs go under the axle not over it?

It doesn't look low, but its a flip kit, no c-notch.
And this is whats going on up front, looks to just have the shocks mounted underneath the A-Arm.
This picture is the adjustable hanger set up with stock shackles.
I have since moved the hanger to the lowest ride height position, and installed 1inch drop shackles on the highest ride height position on the hanger (because they would bind if installed in the lowest ride height position where they mounted to the shackle). This gained me another 3/4inch of rear drop and is how it currently sits.
Its close but I would still like to level the *** end with the front (need another inch). So I picked up a set of stock hangers so we'll see what that looks like. Trial and error til I figure it out I suppose.
