now im thinking about a cam. or thinking just drop a super charger on it. I could sell one of my bikes. I could do the cam myself or a SC. the gears I would leave to a friend of mine. so it sounds like the best thing for me to do is a small cam, LT headers, converte,r and a muffler? I dont want it to be loud in the cab tho. I want to be able to have a conversaion with my passemgers with out having to speek up. I also use the blue tooth with my phone alot. Thats just not worth me giving up. I do love the sound of a SC.

I've had tons of exhaust setups over the years and by far I'm the happiest with my catless lts and stock 6.2 exhaust including the resonator. I had the same setup on my last truck but no resonator and the sound was nowhere near as good. A lot of midrange rasp, the resonator keeps it sane. I tow quite a bit and have a young son so I didn't want it too loud. I'll be installing a DMH cutout for when it needs to breathe.

Actually headers don't.... They void the warranty you had on your exhaust manifolds... not the rest of the truck. However if your dealer has spouted that kind of crap to you and you are worried about your warranty for whatever reason.... leave the truck alone.

Mod it after the warranty is gone 5 years from now.

And if headers voided your warranty well the supercharger voids it 100% guaranteed. So if your drivers side seat cover splits...... it won't be covered because you have a supercharger and somehow the two are related, lol.

i'm headed down to Houston in a week or so for extended period, i should get someone down there to get into my tune and get that thing dialed in. I would love to come back and show my buddy my 378 v8 gets better than his ford ecoboost.
