if its tuned back to factory befor going to the dealer no they can not tell on the trucks. befor your truck goes on the dealers property return it to stock. They may have a update and will flash it with out bothering you about it and your tuner will then be locked and you will have to get it unlocked. If you buy a auto cal from Black Bear you can put it back to stock.
