Lol at your child! Mine yells the same thing!

Did you jack your truck up and spin the tires by hand to see if you can pin point the noise?

My truck has just under 9000 miles what are you at? maybe that makes a difference too?
I only have 2700 miles on it. Started at about 1500 miles. It only does it when it's warm.

Yes, I jacked it up by the lower control arm so the suspension would stay compressed to about a 1/2" off ground.... it only makes noise with weight on it.... Not free spinning in the air.

How long has yours been making the sound? How many miles were on your truck when it started?

I've talked to the dealer about it and they looked at me like I had two heads. I've tried to leave it with them for diagnosis but, wouldn't you know it... the noise is not around while the dealer is looking at it.

Another member said that his only did it for a few months in the spring time..... hopefully that means it's just like a "break in" thing for these wheels and it will eventually go away with no after effects.........

Definitely not a break in issue, because mine just started doing it within the last 5k miles, and I have 32k on the odo. Mine were fine until after our horrible winter here in DC. Began in late winter/early spring ironically

It has to be the Chrome Clad Breaking loose from the wheel,You guys know plastic can't take cold very well,it skrinks quite a bit...prolly breaking the adhesive loose when it shrinks... my guess anyway :~)
