tc/stabilitrak annoyances

I hold mine for (hell up to 15 secs), both say they are off. But it is not. Once it spins, the abs kicks in. I stopped last week trying this again, in the middle of the road, pulled the abs fuse, spun like crazy. Its in the ebcm and cant be tuned around, I have efilive, I turned all the tc settings off and the engine is not requesting a torque reduction, I've watched on the scan tool, Its the ebcm applying brakes as needed to snuff the wheelspin.

yalls is different than mine then. mines turned off, it only flashes the light when its spinning.

I found out that you can't even order a new truck with out these two things any more, non removable standard equipment is what I am being told.

you got it. simplest way. pull the fuse.

ken, even with it disabled in the tune, it still triggers.

Its the ebcm, the ecm isnt requesting tcs when the switch is off.

it will blow the tires off all day long, however, you turn the wheel and try and kick it out. BAM party ruined.

it's a govt safety regulation.

I wonder if a ebcm off of an 07 or a non-stabilitrak vehicle will work?

you'd have to talk to Truckshop i have no idea im no tuner just a mechanic lol
