2010 and up have a different cam than 09 and older.
i haven;t found the exact specs yet, still lookin.
the vvt tables go both directions. advance and retard. big pain in the *** really.

You get better mileage during cruise due to decreased pumping losses.
The large amount of advance ground into the cam lowers the peak power by increasing dynamic compression ratio. Good for low RPM.
The phaser allows for retard on the fly, generating higher peak HP numbers.

I haven't seen any advance commanded on a table yet. In my experience, the positive number was amount of cam retard. In fact, in HPTuners I believe the available range of numbers is 0-50 or something of the sort. Any advance would be negative number and wouldn't fit this range.

it's based off crank rotation, not actual degree's.

to find out the exact advance/retard and build the tables accordingly, cam specs are needed. simply putting the 07-09 cam tables into a 10+ just pisses the truck off and drops power.
