Ive learned they are more willing to pay out on pain and suffering/medical than vehicle value. I learned that when my SV got totaled.
They way it worked out for me, I stop arguing the value of the bike and just took the money they wanted to give me, then hired a lawyer and got more out of them for my medical, loss of use, missed work, they paid for a rental I never picked up, towing, etc. I think I ended up getting like 3k for the bike and 12k for the rest. All I wanted was 6k for the bike. In the end it worked better, I guess.
Just my experience. Results may vary

Thanks I get to work in alittle medical with my shoulder but probably no much. My wife might get alittle more with her neck.
If they'll come up another 1500 i would be alright. Not happy just alright.
