Default Shackle and block removed question

Guy's had some shackles laying around and just bought a 2011 reg cab 5.3 truck, so climbed under the truck and it already has the block removed and shackles, this dude is sitting like stock, now every truck I've had has been lowered from 1999 to 13 but dam haven't seen this before, ordering a lowering kit just don't have time to put it on right now and was going to do this for the mean time, any one had this problem, going back to see if it's riding the bump stops but I doubt it. THANKS!

Pictures?

I got 3in of rear drop when I removed the block and installed 2in drop shackles. I mean it could still look factory but it's easy to tell it lowered when you pull up next to a stock height truck or park by one.

I'm unslamming mine soon, if you wanna wait, I'll have a kit to sell. McGaughy's front drop spindles/front springs/oem shocks and rear flip kit/QA1 adjustable shocks. You'll just need the c-notch kit.

You shouldn't even need to c-notch the truck for a standard flip kit. Just cut off the factory bump stop bracket to gain back like 2-3in.
