Raja that!! I guess I'm going to go your route, bell tech struts and rough country kit. Did you have a big problem with your pinion angle???

So you now just have the strut mounted at the bottom without the bracket for a 2" drop? Do you have and pictures of that?

yup, flip kit with lift shackle and shocks for 200 is still a good deal.
im getting slight vibration at around 70+mph, not sure why...i heard its just like the mcgaughys kit with set pinion angle and center pin hole on the saddle. not sure if that extra inch made a difference.

Just finished he rough country kit on my truck but with the spindles instead. Plan on ordering shims for the pinion. Mines pointed at the moon! They didn't design any angle into the flip kit which is crazy and they don't include any or even sell any on their site. I'm trying 4 degree shims first (should be about perfect). I get vibes on takeoff 30mph. 50mph 70mph etc. Overall the kit was a breeze to install though and I would recommend it for someone on a budget. Just get pinion shims!

If you have a CC/EXT then you may need the transmission spacer by Belltech

Smile 2014 Silverado Rough Country 2/4 Lowering kit

I hope this helps someone and saves a little time...I just finished lowering
my 2014 2wd Silverado Crew cab....the kit worked great, flipping the drivers
side spring was a little nerve racking, mainly cause i was so scared to screw something up. However here is the problem I ran into, when you reverse the
bolt that squeezes leaf springs together, the new axle cup or craddle if you will,
the hole provided in it will not go over the pin head of said bolt. So we opened
the hole just enough. worked great. after completion on test drive had vibration between 20-30 mph. called Rough Country, they said no problem we'll send you a set of 6degree shims. they came with bolts and nuts and no instructions. the bolt replaces the previous mentioned bolt but the pin head on it is smaller, which would have fit perfectly in the craddles provided....all is good now no vibration after shims installed. point of this story is go ahead and order the 6 degree shims up front and you'll have the right bolt.....you'll probably need the shims anyway. wish they came with kit and were mentioned in their instructions..The Front process was very easy to do.
