perfect cam for l92 6.2?

what u guys think i just recently blew my 5.3 i had a 238/240 .605 .609 cam in it but for some reason all the lobes on the cam got grinded into so ima have to buy a new cam. i bought a l92 6.2 nd swapped em out i currently have a 220/220 cam in it but i think i can get more power out of a bigger cam? any ideas on a good cam for this engine? any help appreciated. thanks

Here is the whole article. They make two grinds. I'd just go with the bigger one of the two. The thing I love most is that on the dyno graph the tq actually goes up below 3500 rpm because of the vvt. Best of both worlds.

Good luck.

dam 69 hp over stock thats a 1 bad cam i think ima order it... nd the 5.3 blew im pretty sure just from dogging it so much i dogged it since it had no miles on it. i had it tuned at like 800 miles nd cammed at around 2 or 3k nd it finaly just gave out on me. blew i think three piston rings nd atleast one piston broke warranty wouldnt cover it so i just went for the l92

Excellent numbers, best I've seen NA with so few mods. If I'm not mistaken those aren't stock heads and you're not exactly running 87 octane either. I'd really like to know all the detail of your build if you wouldn't mind. I bet that truck surprises a few people.
