without a log it's hard to see exactly where the problem is. people just throwing bigger tb's on their cars/trucks and not doing with the scaler and losing out. tb controls, torque management, and timing. timing and the tb scaler are big things. if you have negative spots ion your timing tables, this "could" lead to it. too many variables to pin point something over the internet.
