Default NNBS lowered on bump stops

Bought an 08 nnbs rcsb with what i was told was a 3/6ish drop. it rides kind of ruff so i was inspecting and noticed the front struts sit on the bump stops. can those be cut out or new struts needed. any ideas?

Shouldnt be on the stops at 3/5, usually at 4"s up front you need to trim them down some.

Got a pic of the truck? is it lower than 3/5?

I had the tranny act up and it went to the dealership because it's still under warranty. They had it forever and wound up putting a new one in, defective case or something is what I was told. I had a loaner that was a rcsb and it rode better so that's what caused me to start looking. I apologise I havnt been on here since. How's your truck coming
