Do you think this kit will fit 5.3 silvos? I know it doesn't need it but for future mods, it be nice to buy something now n not have to re-buy later

finally got the kit installed. had to modify one exhaust hanger on the pipe that first attaches to the ypipe. this pipe has two hangers and the stock one only has one. cut and rewelded where needed to be and done. all the rest fell into place nicely. here are a few pics of how it looks on the truck.

ill get a sound clip tomorrow morning after its started up cold.
its actually not that loud... just a nice rumble. not that loud in the truck either at full throttle. it also has a resonator on this kit. exh is all 3.5", straight thru muffler then expands into 4" piping after muffler all the way to the tailpipe with 5" tip.

hmm.. wonder if I can just by the 4" second after the muffler.. that would help me out with my plans a lot!

Sucks that you had to modify it. I'm not really feeling the 5" tip either. I wonder why they chose to increase the pipe size after the muffler.

It looks pretty good...A 4" tip would suffice.

Cool

I just put 5" on my set up cause i just wanted something BIG lol Big n clean without going overboard n this Magnaflow is perfect.. the 4" Chr tip i had on the 3" tailpipe pipe was plenty for my 5.3 I just love the big rolled tip.. interested in hearing the sound on the 6.2..always love exhaust notes
