Area, this may be your problem if your having trouble finding the leak. Inside the collector the merge is only tacked on and not fully welded causing it too leak around the primaries. I have sent them back and they fixed them on warranty with a quick turnaround. This may not be your problem but then again I could never find my leak or get them to stop leaking until I looked carefully. I have since seen this on three different vehicles sporting the Kooks.

those r some pretty headers, i heard that a great brand to go with but pricy as hell, vids soon plz.

when we're not being hammered by snow, i'll put it on a lift at work and see what i can dig up. i have run out of idea's on where it is honestly. this gives me more insight, thanks!

some really nice quality headers still cant decide ARH or Kooks... I really like the merge on the Kooks y pipe better then the ARH's but not sure if it would change anything in flow between the 2. It would be really interesting to see someone put both systems on the dyno and see who comes on top. Right now leaning more on the Kooks

I personally like the ARH merge collector for the 4 pipes and the 2 pipes on the Y better than Kooks'. I still bought the Kooks because I found them for a better price but thats just my 2 cents.

FWIW . . .

For those anywhere close to Victoria, TX - Patrick G mentioned that they are a distributor for AR headers. Wish I'd thought to ask them before I ordered up my set . . .
