Default Hood flutter

I have bad hood flutter at highway speeds. I've tried adjusting the hood latch in the grill (unbolting and pushing down), but there was no play.
Is there anything else I can try?

Do NNBS trucks have the adjustable rubber bumpers on the core support? They loosen and lower over time and if tightened up, they should make the hood more snug. Maybe put some blue Loctite on them once you get them set just right

It didn't look like those were adjustable (screw in and out) but I will recheck to confirm.

Also, is there any sort of air dam on the under side of the hood, or core support area that I might be missing? There seems to be a fairly large gap for air to enter. All my body panels align properly, so I don't think my hood is sitting up higher than normal or anything.

Update: rubber bumpers were adjustable! There is a locking nut you back off. You are then able to screw the bumper up or down to your desired height. Thx ILuvJDM!

Although I still think I might be missing an air dam of some sort that would attach to the bottom of the hood in between the lights right at the grill. If not maybe I should make something up.

Good to hear. Mine on the NBS don't have a lock8ng nut, but I may try to put on one there because they always work themselves down (or use a dab of Loctite)

I can't comment on the air dam because I've never owned a NNBS

Some cars have a sort of gasket that goes behind there... mid-late 90s Cheep Bland Cherokee I know does, for example. No idea whether it would do any good on one of these trucks though.

It's probably also worthy to note that these wear out over time. Kinda like the strikers on the tailgate that when worn, causes the gate to rattle.
