We tow a 7 foot tall 2 horse slant load steel trailer around with 2--1000 pound horses in our 2006 ECSB Z71 5.3 HO with 3.42's and it does just fine. I'm not sure how much the trailer weighs but I wouldn't think that it would be more than your trailer and camaro.

The 3.73's or 4.10's would be damn nice for towing, but the 3.42's will definitely get ya there.
