Looking at the truck, ride shouldn't be an issue if it has stock struts and shocks.
If the the rear bump stops haven't been trimmed, it will bottom out in the rear, making it hit in the rear and upsetting the chassis.
Other than that, if the stock strut/shocks are weak, it will be soft and mushy not rough.

Can any one tell how much drop it has I think it is 2/4 now that I did a little more research

it looks pretty level. might be 4 in the rear
judging by that and that i have 3" (2" shackles and pulled blocks) and yours looks a tad lower

If it's 4 inch in the rear,it had the front hangers changed or the springs.
If it had the springs changed which would effect the ride.

Park next to another truck and look under and see what's different

Is your rear leaf spring above the axle, or below the axle? In one of the pics, it almost looks below the axle, but it's really hard to tell.
