help!

looking for a low mileage extended cab 4x4 with the 6.0 or 6.2 liter. what year models and trim should I be searching for? could you get the 1500 with the 6.0? or did you have to get the 2500? ive found many 5.3l but hard to find a 6.0 or 6.2.

To my knowledge you could not get a 07-13 NBSS with a 6.0 unless you bought a 2500 truck.

The last time you could get the 6.0 on a 1500 was with the SS, vortec max and VHO trucks.

07-09 1500's vortec max package came with 6.0's in LT and LTZ
10-13 1500's could be ordered with 6.2's in LT and LTZ

Hmm, guess I've never seen a 07-09 V-max haha.

But I that should answer the OP questions.

thanks bud. I cant find any! also does the 2500 weigh more than a 1500? Im wanting to build a fun daily driver. I need 4wd for deercamp, but I don't tow anything.

Yes it weights alot more.

It's a 3/4 ton frame, bigger rear axle, bigger leaf springs, bigger front end parts like bearings and brakes and other odds and ends. Just google the curb weight for a given year.
