i got both 6.2Ls a GM and a Ford lol but ford has surprised me with everything but i still love my GM performance Ford=Daily GM=weekend toy/hot rod

Just so you know ive gotten plenty of Fords at work with the lower control mount bent to hell. Ive got a 11' King Ranch F150 in now that was just fixed.

Bet you anything the damm bolts were incorrectly torqued at the factory causing the bolts to walk and oval out the holes. I have seen several of these trucks do exactly as you are describing when they have come in for front end alignments and the bolts were not tight enough.

Weld a piece of plate over it re drill the hole and rock and roll.

get one of them F250 majestic melon trucks and do an LSX swap

remember those I beam commercials where the ford drives down the railroad tracks breaking 3 way clusterfucks I mean lightbulbs

If and a big "if" I get another one, I will look into making some kind of reinforcement to weld in that area. Are those bolts tty?
