This is what it looks like once you have removed all of the dash and interior components. It looks intimidating, but it's very easy to figure out where everything goes. Painters tape and a marker and you'll have no issues.

This is the suv dash body installed. You will need to buy some vent pieces since the suv has a center stack vent but everything falls right into place.

This is the suv dash skin installed. Since my truck has a 4wd switch (not manual select), I needed to extend the 6 wires to that switch since the truck placement has the switch on the right of the steering wheel and the suv dash has it on the left next to the headlight switch. Those were the only wires that needed to be extended.

This is the finished product with my android radio installed. I did keep the truck door panels which if you look close in the pics can see they don't follow the lines of the dash 100%. I'm ok with it because then I would have to change the door switch trim and they don't make the trim in 2 window configuration for the suv door panel. Eventually I'll have all the silver truck door trim pieces covered in hydrographic to match the denali wood grain.

This took me 5 days working on it 1-2 hours a day. It can easily be completed in a day if you have all the parts. If you have any specific questions, just ask.

That looks awesome! I did an Escalade Interior swap on a GMT800 RCSB, but didn't have to swap the dash carrier.

I swapped the door panels and used the 4 door Escalade switches, but I popped off the rear door window switches and then covered it with the 2 door trim. GMT900 Escalades have express down and express up... not sure if the Silverados also have window express down & up. Take a look: 2004 RCSB Silverado

Great work! Also, I've seen someone swap the GMT900 12V cigarette lighter for a USB outlet connected to the radio.

If your ever in North Carolina I would be willing to pay you to swap mine! Man that looks killer...
