Custom a/c lines

Custom a/c lines
I removed my a/c but don't think I'm going to like it. So I need to build custom lines. I want to put the accumulator in the left front corner of the fender where the air box would be down low out of sight. I want to use aluminum line to accomplish this. There is a lot of debate on brazing vrs tig welding but is there a simpler way? I will have to cut the stock ends off and braze or weld them onto the new lines. Also hoping to mount the accumulator in a position to reuse the large stock rubber line without modifying. If you have any tip or ideas let me know. Don't want to buy any expensive tools for crimping.

Being that I am a certified welder, with tons of metal working equipment at my disposal, and owning a wheel welding company, I wouldn't hesitate to TIG those fittings up. .062 tungsten, .030 4043 fuller: let er rip tater chip.
As for bending, McMaster sells aluminum tubing that is bendable and weldable. Get yourself a bender for HVAC work (allows bends in place) and keep your tubing clean, your cuts clean and support the long runs of tube every 1' or so.
Dont forget to look for a custom hose manufacturer in your area. They can build
you lines, for a price
