"Cargo Lamp

The cargo lamps come on by turning the instrument panel brightness control **** to the farthest clockwise position. This **** is located on the instrument panel and also turns on the dome lamps."

I just wired in a seperate switch. Mounted it in my overhead console.
Got power and ground from the console harness and tapped the feed wire into the existing cargo light wire. There was a how-to floating around.

I use mine all the time but never needed it to be on a separate switch. so the dome lights come on with the cargo light. The reason its on the same switch is so you dont forget and leave it on going down the road and get a ticket.
