Default Brighter fog bulbs available?

The factory fogs suck. Is there a brighter bulb available that will fit our stock housings. I went HID once already on all lamps and after multiple ballast failures I'm not interested in HID.

Yep. Silverstar's are the best halogen bulb. Had them in an old 99' honda and they lasted for about 4 years.

What HIDs did you use? There are a LOT better quality ballasts and bulbs out there that you wont find on ebay. Theyre ~100 a pair but are OEM quality.

I would just go with a different brand HID. Had mine in since the day I bought my truck and they have done awesome. Only $55 shipped. Shoot me a PM if you want the webpage since it's not a sponsor.

I also run hids and love them in the fogs, I would give up my headlight hids for halogens before I would give up my fog light hids

It was whatever ebay brand everyone here swore by a year and a half ago when I bought the truck. One ballast died and scored me a ticket so kinda gun shy for the not wanting a damm ticket part.

Alot of ppl on here go with the DDM HID kits. Had mine on the truck for a week and a ballast went out. Instead of sending it back to BFE and waiting I just ordered another ballast from ebay. When I got it looked just like DDM but said made in china on the back.lol So far no problems and the 6000k has good lighting.
