Been junk for a lot longer than most think as far as I am concerned. Opened up a couple 5 or 6 years ago and they were all cheap parts with next to no filtering media in them.

The number I gave is simply a cross reference for whatever filter you so chose to use......

the newer oil pans take a filter with a thread size of 22x1.5mm
the older stuff takes a 13/16 x 16 on the thread size.

2007-Current
Wix
(PF63) 57045 taller filter (4.828") for the newer 22mm threads. ------------- Mobil1 M1-212
(PF48)57060 shorter filter (3.45") for 22mm threads ----------------- Mobil1 M1-113

1999-2006
older stuff
(PF46)51042 is the shorter (3.404") for 13/16" threads
(PF61)51522 is the taller (4.526") for 13/16" threads

Ken - do your engine a big favor and source that 57045 Wix. AC-Delco filters are now being manufactured off shore, for the most part . . .
