stylin concepts sells one, its just a hair different as far as I can tell, looks the exact same.

The bumper cover is close, I am sure the foglights would have to be remounted somehow though.. I am going to get it once I have the time to mess with it. I have the grille, only it is black to match my truck. GM makes it, and I believe it was around $350. Mine is still sitting in the box, but I will try to get it on tomorrow.

that truck looks pretty sick, the bumper cover really helps the chevy front end.
