Okay I called lone star chevy

the part number is 15836960 for the black painted bar. This would still need to be painted even if your truck is gloss black.

GM sells bumpers that are already painted to match your truck... they come with the LTZ package. Hit up your local dealer to get a PN or you can go to GMPartsHouse.com and send an email to Gene.... He'll hook you up with what you need and give a good price!

I know they come painted to match on the trucks, however if your ever in a crash and need a new bumper they only sell the black and your painter has to paint it...in other words they dont come pre-painted in a box

That websites search is messed-up...I searched it for a 2007 Chevy new style silverado bumper and it only shows GMC bumpers

It should come already painted. My front bumper has the silver birch painted PN on it.... or at least the sticker on it says so.

Yes the site needs to be updated for the newer trucks. Just send him an email stating what you are looking for.... hes usually pretty fast at returning them.
